A Houston remodeler running two businesses under one roof — construction and junk removal. Built a dual-brand entry architecture and a full local search presence so both sides pull their own weight.

Joshua runs two businesses out of Houston: Amoura Construction & Remodeling and Dirty Dogs Junk Removal & Demo. They share an owner, a service area, and a natural workflow — demo before build — but they serve different customers at different moments. The challenge was giving both a credible web presence without diluting either.

The solution is a split-panel homepage at amouraconstruction.com that acts as a routing decision: construction customers go left into the Amoura site, demo and junk removal customers go right to Dirty Dogs. Each panel has its own visual language — copper architectural line art and Fraunces serif for Amoura, high-contrast utility aesthetic for Dirty Dogs. The entry page carries an Organization schema with two named departments, making the relationship legible to both Google and the user in the same read.

The Amoura construction side is built around the queries Houston homeowners actually type — kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, home addition — with service pages in entity → attribute → answer format, a LocalBusiness schema tied to their Google Business Profile, and their 42 five-star reviews surfaced in the UI from day one. No numbers to report yet, but the foundation is in place to compound.
