Approve the design.
I handle the rest.
One decision from you — the design. Everything after that, from the build to hosting to the day-to-day upkeep, is mine to worry about instead of yours.
You approve the design
I design the homepage first. Don't love the direction? Walk away — no invoice, no hard feelings. Once you approve it, that's the only decision you have to make.
I build it
Engineered to the same standard as everything else on this site — Local SEO, AEO, GEO, AIO, and conversion-focused from page one. You do not touch code, copy, or schema.
I host and maintain it
Optional, one line item. Deploys, SSL, and uptime monitoring, plus small updates — text changes, image swaps, minor fixes — so nothing breaks silently and nothing needs to become your job.
- Full site, engineered to the standards on this page
- Local SEO, AEO, GEO, AIO, and conversion-focused builds
- Written scope agreed before any work starts
Standard rate after founding slots close starts at $3,500 for a single-location build. Written scope before anyone signs anything.
- Deploys, SSL, and uptime monitoring handled for you
- Up to 30 minutes/month of small updates — text changes, image swaps, minor fixes
- Anything bigger gets scoped and quoted separately, in writing, first
- Cancel anytime — nothing about the build depends on staying
Optional. Bring your own host and handle your own updates if you'd rather — the site is yours either way.
- Contact form confirmations and lead alerts sent from your domain
- Deliverability and DNS monitoring so those emails keep arriving
- Want a real inbox instead? That's a different setup — ask and I'll point you to it
Not a Gmail or Outlook replacement — this is automated email sent from your own domain, not an inbox you check.
Is hosting or email required?
No. The build is the only required cost. Hosting and branded email are both optional, month-to-month, and you can decline either one or cancel anytime — the site itself is not held hostage to staying on either.
What does "custom email" actually give me?
Automated, branded email sent from your own domain — contact form confirmations, lead notifications, that kind of thing. It is not a mailbox you log into and read email from. If you want a real inbox at you@yourbusiness.com, that's a separate service (typically Google Workspace) — I can point you to it, but it's not what this line item covers.
What counts as "maintenance"?
Monitoring, plus up to 30 minutes a month of small updates — text changes, image swaps, small fixes. It does not mean unlimited redesigns or new features on demand; anything beyond that gets scoped and quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts.
Can I leave and take the site with me?
Yes. You own the build. If you stop hosting or email with me, the site itself doesn't disappear — you'd need to point it at a new host, and I'll tell you exactly what that involves.
